ZEROSUN Fire Starter
In the wild, when the match is wet and the lighter is lacks oxygen at high altitude, only the magnesium flint can ignite the source of the life-saving fire.
Whether facing an extremely cold or humid environment, as long as there are dry sawdust, leaves, and other combustible materials around, magnesium flint can be used to build a fire. The combustion temperature of magnesium block can reach 2982 degrees centigrade, and its amazing ignition performance is highly praised by survival experts.
Three easy steps to get fire:
1. Shave the SHAVING EDGE side of magnesium flint with the blade or any knife. The blade should be perpendicular to the tool.
2. Accumulate magnesium shavings into a small pile and place them next to the tinder (paper, leaves, twigs, bark, etc.)
3. Support edge of tool on the ground within 1inch of magnesium shavings at approximately a 45-degree angle. Scrape the flint rods rapidly (the side of SPARKING INSERT). This action will generate sparks, causing the magnesium shavings to ignite, providing a hot flame. For maximum sparking effect, be sure to hold the knife blade perpendicular to the sparking insert.
Remove the surface gray protective layer before using the new fire starter survival tool.
It is not recommended to keep the fire starter camping in the car for a long time.
